A NEIGHBOURHOOD IN TRANSFORMATION
The northern district of Brussels is facing a considerable challenge. This monofunctional neighbourhood is mainly used for offices, so it is quiet and peaceful after office hours. In the future, the Northern Quarter will have to evolve into a dynamic, accessible, safe, connected and innovative place. This transformation must respond to the wishes and needs of all those who live, work, grow up or visit the district.
It is with this multifunctional vision in mind that Immobel intends to reinvent the famous PROXIMUS TOWERS. Our goal is to transform these office buildings into livable, inclusive and forward-looking places where different worlds meet.
